Job summary

Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Software Developer specializing in ServiceNow to design, develop, integrate, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

You will work with architects, analysts, and platform admins to deliver ITSM capabilities, custom workflows, and integrations. The role requires 4+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience, strong JavaScript skills, and a track record of implementing ITSM modules.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-9 years of relevant professional experience in software development, including at least 4 years of hands-on ServiceNow
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting, with practical experience in configuration and development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Implement and support ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge).
• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, ACLs, Service Catalog items.
• Build workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
• Develop and manage integrations with internal and external systems using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.
• Configure and maintain CMDB, Service Catalog, and Service Portal solutions.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and platform administrators to deliver high-quality solutions.

6. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
