Job summary

NTT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a ServiceNow Developer/Consultant with 3+ years of experience to join our Singapore-based team.

You will build and enhance ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, and custom apps, while designing workflows, integrations, and automation to support incident management, reporting, and dashboards. The role requires strong JavaScript skills, knowledge of Flow Designer, and experience with ITSM, CSM, CMDB, and REST APIs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and REST APIs.
• Experience with ITSM, CSM, CMDB, Integrations, and Reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Responsibilities
