Job summary

ARGYLL SCOTT CONSULTING PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced ServiceNow Developer/Technical Lead to steer end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of FSM solutions in Singapore.

The role combines hands-on development with technical leadership across the project lifecycle. You will own architecture, implement FSM modules and integrations, and mentor engineers while ensuring best practices, performance, and security.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering experience, including at least 5 years hands-on ServiceNow development.
• Strong server-side and client-side ServiceNow scripting experience.
• Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
• Experience with REST and SOAP integrations with external systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical architecture and solution design.
• Design, develop, configure, and customise ServiceNow FSM modules, workflows, business rules, Script Includes, and integrations.
• Translate business and resiliency requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, performance standards, and security guidelines.
• Support system testing, defect resolution, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Conduct code and solution reviews and establish development standards.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and guide the development team.

Role Overview
