Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect to design scalable IT services aligned with enterprise IT and business goals. You will lead architecture, develop modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CMDB, Discovery, Orchestration), and guide implementation across teams.

You will drive governance, security, and standards, integrate workflows via REST/SOAP/JSON/XML, and mentor developers and admins while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or relavent field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in ServiceNow.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, modules, and capabilities.
• Strong proficiency in ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CMDB, Discovery, and Orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript) and integration technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
• Knowledge of automation frameworks and enterprise IT integrations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions
• Optimize Platform Performance through audits, continuous improvements, and adoption of ServiceNow best practices.
