Job summary

Ambition Singapore is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead enterprise and government transformation projects across Singapore and ASEAN. You will design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, define architecture, and drive intelligent workflows with AI and automation.

Requirements include 7+ years in ServiceNow, multi-module expertise, scripting skills, and strong stakeholder management with Agile delivery. Certifications like ServiceNow CTA or CIS are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of ServiceNow experience, including solution architecture.
• Hands-on expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules.
• Strong knowledge of scripting, Glide API and REST/SOAP/MID Server integrations.
• Excellent consulting, stakeholder management and Agile delivery skills.
• ServiceNow CTA or relevant CIS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across CSM, HRSD, FSM, IRM, App Engine, ITSM and ITOM.
• Define technical architecture, integration models and delivery standards.
• Lead solution delivery, mentor development teams and engage senior stakeholders.
• Drive intelligent workflows using AI and automation.
