We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead high-impact projects across Singapore and ASEAN. What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end architecture of ServiceNow solutions across CSM, HRSD, FSM, IRM, AppEngine, ITSM, ITOM, and more.
• Shape technical blueprints, standards, and integration models for large-scale enterprise and government projects.
• Drive innovation with AI and automation, blending ServiceNow with intelligent workflows.
• Mentor developers, coach squads, and set the standard for delivery excellence.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of ServiceNow experience with proven architect-level expertise.
• Strong grasp of scripting, Glide API, and integrations (REST/SOAP/MID Server).
• Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills.
• ServiceNow CTA or multiple CIS certifications.
