Qualifications

• 8+ years in engineering with 5+ years ServiceNow development.

• Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
• Experience managing update sets, application scopes, and version upgrades.
• Ability to work independently and mentor teams.

Contract Duration: 12 months, with potential to extend

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer/Technical Lead to lead the end-to-end solution architecture, design, development, configuration, and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions, with a strong focus on Field Service Management (FSM) . This is a hands-on technical leadership role, where you will provide technical direction while remaining actively involved in the delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical architecture and solution design.


• Design, develop, configure, and customise ServiceNow FSM modules, workflows, business rules, Script Includes, and integrations.


• Translate business and resiliency requirements into scalable technical solutions.


• Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, performance standards, and security guidelines.


• Support system testing, defect resolution, deployment, and post-implementation support.


• Conduct code and solution reviews and establish development standards.


• Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and guide the development team.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of relevant engineering experience , including at least 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development .


• Strong hands-on experience in both server-side and client-side ServiceNow scripting.


• Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, Client Scripts, and UI Policies .


• Experience with REST and SOAP integrations with external systems.


• Recent experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions .


• Experience managing update sets, application scopes, and ServiceNow version upgrades .


• Ability to work independently, make technical design decisions, and lead and mentor development teams.
