Job summary

KPMG Singapore is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to lead and deliver ServiceNow engagements for our CIO Advisory team. You will work with IT and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with client needs and delivery methodology.

You will mentor a team of developers, conduct workshops, and provide hands-on configuration, development, and training to clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
ServiceNow CSA certification required.
2+ years end-to-end ServiceNow implementation experience.
Experience delivering ServiceNow engagements in large environments.
Experience ITSM, ITOM, SAM, HAM modules.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as the key technical resource for ServiceNow configuration, development, support, and maintenance.
Act as primary technical point-of-contact for projects.
Lead requirements gathering and develop process workflows.
Define technical solutions aligned with business problems and best practices.
Lead a development team to convert requirements into user stories and test.
Provide technical and non-technical training to clients.
Design and develop solutions in ServiceNow including apps, forms, flows, UI policies.
Provide advanced ServiceNow support, troubleshoot issues, fix bugs.
Participate in discovery sessions and process definitions.
