Job summary

ServiceNow in Singapore is seeking an Advisory Solution Consultant for the Singapore Public Sector. You will be a trusted technology advisor to government agencies, partnering with Account Executives to drive opportunities from discovery through technical win, bringing deep platform expertise and executive presence to translate complex challenges into ServiceNow solutions.

Qualifications

8–12 years enterprise technology experience, with 4–5 years in pre-sales or solution consulting.
Experience with Singapore government agencies (MOH, MOE, MOM, HDB, Govtech, HTX, DSTA, Synapxe, NEA, or similar).
Strong understanding of Singapore public sector IT landscape — IM8 policy, GCC/GCC+, whole-of-government platforms, and procurement frameworks.
Hands-on proficiency with the ServiceNow platform.
Ability to independently build and configure PoC environments and demo instances.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end solution consulting engagements across discovery, validation, and PoC phases for Singapore government agency accounts.
Design and deliver tailored demonstrations and PoC environments mapped to agency outcomes.
Shape account strategies in partnership with AEs, including whitespace identification and technical win criteria.
Represent ServiceNow at public sector events, executive briefings, and technical forums.
