Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, MIS, CS or related field.
9+ years of experience in architecture or senior technical roles with strong exposure to ServiceNow modules.
ServiceNow certifications such as CTA/CSA advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end development and delivery of ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
Manage and configure ServiceNow modules in line with client requirements and best practice standards.
Effectively manage ServiceNow integrations with enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and other integration tools.
Conduct comprehensive testing and debugging to ensure optimal functionality, performance, and stability of ServiceNow applications.
Analyze complex business problems and provide ongoing application support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with project managers, business analysts, and development teams to support successful project delivery.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing concerns and ensuring programme outcomes align with business objectives.
