Job summary

EY Advisory Services Singapore is seeking a ServiceNow Techno-functional Analyst (Senior Associate) to lead and deliver enterprise ServiceNow solutions. You will drive end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and GRC while aligning with strategic IT objectives and mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimally 5 years of ServiceNow experience, including configuration, scripting, and solution design.
• Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate into functional and technical specs.
• Strong experience with ITSM processes and modules.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including leadership presentations.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior business stakeholders to translate goals into ServiceNow solutions.
• Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, GRC).
• Own and drive complex techno‑functional initiatives from requirements to implementation.
• Provide thought leadership in ServiceNow architecture, governance, and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure technical alignment and delivery.
• Prepare and present solution proposals, roadmaps, and impact assessments.
• Oversee integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise tools.
• Conduct performance tuning, upgrades, and health checks.
• Guide and mentor junior analysts and developers.
• Maintain awareness of latest ServiceNow releases and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
