Job summary

KPMG Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a ServiceNow specialist to lead technical delivery and advisory for CIO-level engagements. You will configure, customize, and support the ServiceNow platform while guiding a team of developers and aligning solutions with client business needs.

The ideal candidate brings CSA certification, 2+ years of end-to-end ServiceNow experience, and strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with IT and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, MIS, CS, or related field.
• CSA certification is required; other CIS certifications are a plus.
• 2+ years of end-to-end ServiceNow implementation experience preferred.
• Experience delivering ServiceNow engagements in large, complex environments as Developer and BA.
• Experience with platform integration, UI/UX design, complex flows, dashboards, and data management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key technical resource for configuring, developing, supporting, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead a team of developers to convert requirements into user stories and solutions.
• Provide technical and non-technical training to clients on the platform.
• Design and develop solutions within ServiceNow including forms, workflows, UI policies, ACLs, and UI Builder.
• Troubleshoot ServiceNow issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement fixes.
• Participate in discovery sessions and process definitions with the team.
