Job summary

Gaia Science Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a field service engineer to install, commission, certify, and maintain scientific equipment. You will prepare IQ/OQ documents, quotations for maintenance, and deliver outstanding customer service, collaborating with the sales team.

The role requires breaking down technical issues, liaising with principals, and quick learners willing to travel regionally for projects and trainings.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical and Electronic, Material Science Engineering or equivalent.
• Able to read schematics diagram and good in computer knowledge.
• Relevant work experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for installation, commissioning, certification, routine maintenance, trouble-shoot and repair of scientific equipment.
• Prepare service test report and IQ/OQ documents for customers.
• Prepare service quotation for maintenance and repair works.
• Provide excellent customer service through product knowledge, handling customer feedback, prompt response and working closely with sales team.
• Liaising with principals or suppliers for technical issues.
• Take ownership for all assigned projects and assist in other jobs when required.
