Elitez Pte Ltd is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and support semiconductor equipment at customer sites in Singapore. Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the skills to support multiple equipment platforms.

We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and support semiconductor equipment at customer sites. Comprehensive training will be provided to equip successful candidates with the skills required to support multiple equipment platforms.
The successful candidate will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and deliver excellent technical support and customer service.
Install, commission, service, maintain, and upgrade semiconductor equipment at customer sites.
Diagnose equipment faults and perform mechanical, electrical, and electronic troubleshooting and repairs.
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment performance and reliability.
Understand equipment operating parameters and system interactions to support process optimization.
Prepare and submit accurate technical service reports after each service activity.
Attend team meetings, technical briefings, and training sessions.
Handle service tools, jigs, and testing equipment safely and effectively.
Support senior engineers in advanced maintenance activities, including robot teaching and servicing of equipment sub-assemblies.
Participate in a 24/7 standby support roster.
Perform shift work when operationally required.
Support ad hoc delivery or operational assignments as required.
Comply with all workplace safety, quality, and customer site requirements.
Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience in cleanroom environments or semiconductor equipment maintenance is advantageous but not essential.
Knowledge of equipment installation, servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, modification, and repair is an advantage.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Willing to travel occasionally for work assignments.
Able to work outside regular office hours, including standby duties and shift work when required.
