Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Service Technician to install, validate and commission pumps and related systems at customer sites, with work centered at our Central location in Singapore. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm, in a permanent role.

You will perform hands-on troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs, prepare service reports, and collaborate with the Service Team to ensure safe and efficient service delivery and timely response to requests.

Qualifications

• Higher NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 2–3 years' experience servicing pumps or mechanical systems preferred.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in pump installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair or overhaul is an advantage.
• Ability to prepare technical and service reports accurately.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, validation, and commissioning of pumps and related systems.
• Carry out hands-on troubleshooting, servicing, and minor repair works at customer sites.
• Overhaul oil‑lubricated vane pumps, dry vane pumps, claw pumps, and screw pumps in the workshop.
• Provide technical support and user training on pump operation and maintenance.
• Diagnose equipment failures and prepare detailed failure analysis reports.
• Create, update, and maintain service records in the company database.
• Use the company's intranet system to retrieve technical information relating to pumps and systems.
• Respond promptly to service requests and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Work closely with the Service Team to support workshop and on-site service activities.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Workshop Supervisor.

• Experience in pump installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, or overhaul is an advantage.
• Able to prepare technical and service reports accurately.
• Self‑driven, hardworking, and willing to learn.
