Job summary

MENCK PTE. LTD. seeks a hands-on technician to assemble, test, and troubleshoot hydraulic systems and mechatronic assemblies. You will work with hydraulic components, pumps, cylinders, and electrical elements according to detailed drawings and procedures.

Responsibilities include repairing customer rental equipment, performing preventive maintenance, inspecting parts for quality, and maintaining precise service records. Strong teamwork and safety mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Nitec or Diploma in Mechanical, Hydraulic, or Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with heavy-duty hydraulic equipment.
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems and mechanical assemblies.
• Ability to read technical manuals, hydraulic schematics, and engineering drawings.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Safety-conscious with teamwork and communication skills.
• Eligible to work in Singapore (citizens or PR) encouraged to apply.

• Assembly and testing of individual components as well as complete machines/systems according to specified assembly drawings and procedures, including electrical systems and modules.
• Repair and maintenance of customer equipment and devices from our rental fleet in accordance with maintenance and servicing plans.
• Inspection of components for quality assurance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime
• Overhaul hydraulic systems, pumps, and cylinders
• Maintain accurate service records and reports
• Ad hoc duties when assigned

Requirements:
