Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Field Engineer to join our packaging and warehousing operations at Joo Koon.

The role covers on-site installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer training, with a 5-day work week from 8:00am to 5:00pm. We seek hands-on professionals with 2 years of mechanical/electrical troubleshooting experience and a minimum NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical systems and troubleshooting.
• Minimum NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support for machinery and systems, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and customer training.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system faults and recommend corrective actions.
• Respond to customer service requests within the agreed response time and provide effective technical solutions.
• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate records in the SSA system.
• Recommend spare parts, repair options, and maintenance services to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime.
• Liaise with suppliers, principals, and manufacturers on technical support, warranty matters, equipment issues, spare parts, and service concerns.
• Support the Technical Operations Executive team in preparing service quotations, maintenance contracts, and technical proposals.
• Follow workplace safety requirements and company procedures during service activities.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships through professional and responsive support.
• Attend technical training and continuously improve technical knowledge and skills.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,000 + Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus
