Job summary

MECOMB SINGAPORE LIMITED is seeking an on-site maintenance technician to perform preventive maintenance and remedial repairs for customers in Singapore. You will ensure uptime targets are met and support pre-delivery checks, install-base record maintenance, and customer inquiries.

The role requires a mechanical engineering background with 1 year experience, proficiency in MS Office/CAD, strong communication skills, and flexibility for rotating standby duties and overtime.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Nitec in Mechanical Engineering.
• 1 year of relevant working experience in related industry.
• Knowledge of basic computer applications (MS Office, CAD, basic programming).
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to perform rotating standby duties and OT; remuneration will be given.

Responsibilities

• To perform on-site preventive maintenance services based on agreed schedule.
• Provide adhoc remedial repair service as required by customers.
• Ensure that the system under maintenance uptime is not less than 98%.
• Meet the service levels expected by customers/site assigned.
• Perform pre-delivery inspections on equipment prior to delivery.
• Provide preventive maintenance and remedial repair services.
• Maintain customers install base records.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback or suggestions.

Job Responsibility

• Meeting desired Service Level that is expected of from the customers/site assigned.

Job Requirement
