Qualifications

• 2–5 years of practical technical or field-service experience.
• Experience with water filtration systems, pumps, pressure regulators, solenoid valves, chillers, CO₂ systems, electrical troubleshooting, and beverage dispensing equipment is advantageous.
• Able to read technical manuals and installation diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission NORDAQ water filtration and dispensing systems at hotels, restaurants, offices, and other customer locations.
• Carry out preventive maintenance, filter replacements, cleaning, sanitization, and scheduled servicing.
• Troubleshoot and repair water dispensing equipment and associated components.
• Diagnose issues involving water pressure and flow, pumps, valves, filters, chillers, electrical components, and CO₂/carbonation systems.
• Conduct site inspections and assess installation requirements before commissioning.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, service visits, maintenance, and spare parts used.
• Manage tools, filters, spare parts, and service equipment.
• Explain basic equipment operation and maintenance procedures to customers.
• Coordinate with NORDAQ's technical and commercial teams on installations, service requirements, and technical issues.
• Provide professional and responsive customer service while representing the NORDAQ brand.
• Travel within Southeast Asia from time to time to support installations, commissioning, technical service, troubleshooting, and customer requirements.

NORDAQ is looking for a hands-on, reliable, and customer-focused Service Technician to support the installation, servicing, and maintenance of NORDAQ premium water filtration and dispensing systems across Singapore.

This is a field-based technical role suited to someone with experience in water filtration, plumbing, beverage dispensing systems, commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration, or related technical equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of practical technical or field-service experience, preferably involving water filtration, beverage equipment, plumbing, commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration, or similar systems.

You should be comfortable working independently at customer premises and diagnosing technical problems systematically.

Experience with water filtration systems, pumps, pressure regulators, solenoid valves, chillers, CO₂ systems, electrical troubleshooting, and beverage dispensing equipment would be highly advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• Technical qualification in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, building services, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Practical plumbing and water-system installation experience.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read technical manuals and installation diagrams.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and workmanship.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Professional communication and customer-service skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple service appointments.
• Valid Singapore driving license.
• Willingness to travel throughout Singapore for installations and service calls.
• Computer literate, with proficiency in Salesforce or ERP system would be highly advantageous.
• Willing and able to travel within Southeast Asia from time to time, including occasional overnight and multi-day trips.
• Valid passport and ability to undertake regional business travel when required.
