Job summary

WELLNO PTE. LTD. is seeking a field service technician to install and service water purifiers in homes across Singapore.

You will be the face of the brand during activation, ensuring clean, tidy installations and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include on-site installation, scheduled maintenance, fault diagnosis, warranty work, and accurate reporting. Qualifications

• NITEC or higher NITEC in Electrical, Mechanical, or equivalent hands-on trade.
• 1–2 years in appliance installation or servicing or related field.
• Confident with basic plumbing and electrical work.
• Able to lift and work in confined spaces; physically able.
• Presentable and punctual; able to explain things clearly to customers.
• Ability to communicate in English; other languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Install countertop and under-sink water purifiers at residential and commercial premises, including water inlet connection, drainage and power setup.
• Carry out scheduled filter replacements and preventive maintenance visits.
• Diagnose and repair faults on site, including leaks, low flow rate, error codes, and pump and valve issues.
• Demonstrate product operation and basic maintenance to customers after installation.
• Handle Hizero warranty repairs and wear‑part replacement as required.
• Complete service reports, warranty documentation and job records accurately after each visit.
• Use company's CRM System to maintain inventory accuracy & service reporting.
• Escalate recurring product issues to the team so they can be resolved at source.
• Maintain a professional, tidy and safe worksite at every job.

Wellno is a Singapore home appliance brand. We make two things and make them properly: our tankless water purifier and Hizero, our bionic hard floor cleaner range. Everyday appliances, built to make a home easier to run.

The Role

You will be in customers’ homes every day, installing and servicing our water purifiers across Singapore. You are the face of the brand at the moment that matters most, when the product actually gets switched on. We are looking for someone who takes pride in a clean, tidy installation and treats a customer’s kitchen like their own.

Key Responsibilities

• Install countertop and under-sink water purifiers at residential and commercial premises, including water inlet connection, drainage and power setup
• Carry out scheduled filter replacements and preventive maintenance visits
• Diagnose and repair faults on site, including leaks, low flow rate, error codes, and pump and valve issues

Requirements

• NITEC orHigher NITEC in Electrical, Mechanical or equivalent hands‑on trade experience
• Minimum 1–2years in appliance installation or servicing, plumbing, air‑conditioning or arelated technical field
• Confident with basic plumbing, including tapping into water lines, compression fittings and drainage, and with basic electrical work
• Competent with hand and power tools, including drilling into tiled and masonry surfaces
• Valid Class 3 driving licence and willingness to drive a company service vehicle (if required)
• Physically able to lift and carry appliances and to work in confined spaces such asunder-sink cabinets
• Presentable, punctual and able to explain things clearly to customers
• Ability to communicate in English, Mandarin, Malay or Tamil will be an advantage, as the role involves serving customers who converse in these languages

Advantageous

• Experience with reverse osmosis, ultrafiltration or hot-and-cold dispensing systems
• Experience repairing battery‑powered or motorised small appliances
• Prior field service role managing your own schedule
• AI-driven productivity is a PLUS
