Puricare Private Limited is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to perform on-site installation, repair, and servicing of water dispenser equipment in Singapore. You will ensure operational readiness, troubleshoot issues, and provide basic customer training while upholding safety standards and producing detailed service reports.

Ideal candidates hold a Nitec or Diploma in Engineering and have experience with electrical/electronic systems, strong communication, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• On-site field service experience for installation, maintenance and repair of equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical/electronic systems.
• Good communication and customer service for client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation and commissioning of water dispenser equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment on-site to resolve technical issues promptly.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections to maintain equipment efficiency.
• Test and verify equipment performance after installation or repairs to ensure quality standards.
• Provide technical support and basic operational training to customers.
• Prepare and submit detailed service reports and maintenance records.
• Follow company procedures and safety standards to ensure safe and effective work practices.
• Coordinate with operations team and customers to schedule and manage service appointments.
• Maintain service tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory to support uninterrupted service delivery.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support team objectives.

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess a valid driving license (Class 2 & 3) to travel to service locations safely and independently

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Nitec or Diploma in Engineering or a related field
• Previous experience in field service, equipment installation, maintenance, or repair
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills applied to electrical and electronic systems
• Good knowledge of electrical and electronic systems relevant to water dispenser equipment
• Good communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with customers
• Ability to work independently and manage on-site assignments efficiently
