Job Purpose
Responsible for the testing, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Electronic Security Systems at customer sites. The role supports both project delivery and service operations to ensure systems are operating reliably and meet customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform testing, commissioning, and handover of Electronic Security Systems.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and rectify hardware, software, and network-related faults.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance at customer sites.
- Attend to service calls and emergency breakdowns within agreed response times.
- Support system upgrades, migrations, expansions, and enhancement works.
- Perform software configuration, database updates, and system backups.
- Prepare service reports, commissioning reports, and maintenance documentation.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to complete assigned works.
- Conduct user training and provide operational guidance when required.
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with company standards and procedures.

Requirements
- Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Electronic Security, Access Control, CCTV, Video Management Systems (VMS), or Integrated Security Systems.
- Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Alarm Monitoring, and Security Management Systems.
- Basic understanding of IP networking, Windows Server environments, and system integration.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Class 3 driving licence will be an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in enterprise-level Access Control and Video Management Systems.
- Familiarity with TCP/IP networks, switches, and server-based security platforms.
- Experience in testing and commissioning integrated security systems.
- Strong fault-finding and technical diagnostic capabilities.
