Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Service Field Sales Engineer to grow service revenue by engaging our installed customer base, identifying service opportunities and delivering solutions that improve equipment reliability and lifecycle value. This role blends customer engagement, technical understanding and consultative selling.

You will work with Service Engineers, Product Sales and internal support teams to build long-term relationships and expand recurring service revenue.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, preferably.
• Candidates from other disciplines with strong technical aptitude may be considered.
• 2–3 years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering.
• Service sales or aftermarket sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Field service with customer-facing responsibilities.
• Experience with instrumentation or industrial equipment is helpful.
• B2B account management or business development experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow service revenue within an assigned customer base and territory.
• Proactively contact customers through telephone calls, emails, customer visits and other sales activities.
• Identify opportunities for preventive maintenance, calibration, service agreements and lifecycle services.
• Generate quotations and follow up to improve quotation conversion.
• Expand existing service contracts and convert transactional customers to contracts.
• Develop new service opportunities from installed equipment base.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services and solutions across product portfolios.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and deliver targets and metrics.
• Communicate the value of preventive maintenance, calibration and lifecycle services.
• Collaborate with Service Engineers, Product Sales and support teams to ensure delivery.
• Represent and participate in exhibitions, seminars and customer trainings.
• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity and activity information in CRM/SAP.
