Job summary

JOB LIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Service & Maintenance Manager/Engineer to oversee ACMV systems across client sites and perform preventive and corrective maintenance.

You will troubleshoot issues, supervise technicians, coordinate with subcontractors, and provide service reports; a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 3–5 years in M&E/FM are required.

This five‑day week role includes standby duties as needed to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in maintenance or service engineering (M&E/FM).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical and utilities systems across client sites.
• Attend to service calls, troubleshoot issues, and carry out timely repairs to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for servicing, repairs and parts replacement.
• Plan maintenance schedules and provide service reports and updates to clients.
• Supervise and guide technicians in executing service and maintenance works.

My client is an established ACMV contractor firm with Service and Maintenance Department5 days week. But subject to standby when required.Service & Maintenance Manager/ EngineerPerform preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical and utilities systems across client sitesSupport systems including compressors, chillers , cooling towers , water treatment systems, MAU and AHUAttend to service calls, troubleshoot issues, and carry out timely repairs to minimize downtimeEnsure all servicing activities are completed in accordance with SOPs and service standardsProvide technical advice and recommendations to clients on system performance and maintenanceMaintain good working relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teamsSupervise and guide technicians in executing service and maintenance worksCoordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for servicing, repairs, and parts replacement.
