Job summary

N & T ENGINEERING ENTERPRISE (PTE) LTD in Singapore seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of technical officers and technicians in facilities management. You will plan upkeep, maintain records, and coordinate ACMV works, ensuring preventive maintenance and timely reporting.

The ideal candidate holds a Mechanical Engineering degree or diploma with relevant experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to liaise with clients on site.

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering with 3 years' experience
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 6 years' experience

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technical officers and technicians for facilities management activities.
• Plan and schedule equipment upkeep and maintenance records, including reports.
• Investigate root causes and report breakdowns and faults effectively.
• Oversee ACMV (Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) works and maintenance activities.
• Carry out troubleshooting, testing, commissioning, and repairs of mechanical systems.
• Maintain filing system for maintenance records and schedule preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate site meetings with clients and handle ad-hoc projects.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technical officers and technicians for facilities management activities.
• Plan and schedule for equipment upkeep and maintenance record including preparing of report.
• Investigate, analyze and determine root cause and report breakdowns and faults effectively.
• Plan, supervise, coordinate, and manage ACMV (Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) works and maintenance activities.
• Carry out troubleshooting, inspection, testing, commissioning, maintenance and repair works for Pumps, Motors, Aircon system and Mechanical ventilation system.
• Perform maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical fans, including ventilation fans, exhaust fans, supply fans, jet fans, and other related mechanical ventilation equipment.
• Upkeep proper filing system for maintenance records.
• Scheduling for preventive maintenance works.
• Managing all types of maintenance breakdowns and ensure all faults are attended.
• Conduct routine inspection of the premises.
• Site meeting and liaising with client.
• Carry out any other ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned.

Requirements

• Relevant University Degree in Mechanical Engineering and equivalent with 3 years’ experience or relevant Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and equivalent with 6 years’ experience
• Class 3 license holder will be an advantage
