Job summary

Measurement & Verification Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced ACMV Service Engineer to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on ACMV systems across Singapore. You will diagnose faults, repair components, and conduct commissioning while ensuring safety and high service standards.

The role requires 3–5 years of ACMV experience, reading technical drawings, and strong customer communication. Travel to client sites across Singapore is expected, with after-hours support when needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of ACMV servicing and maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of chillers, AHU, FCU, VRV/VRF, and split units.
• Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel across Singapore.
• Class 3 Driving Licence preferred.
• Available for after-hours or emergency breakdowns.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for ACMV systems.
• Diagnose faults and troubleshoot ACMV equipment.
• Repair and replace defective ACMV components as required.
• Perform servicing, testing, and commissioning after repair or replacement.
• Attend service calls and emergency breakdowns in a timely manner.
• Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and recommend repair or replacement works.
• Liaise with customers to understand issues and provide solutions.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers when required.
• Ensure compliance with WSH and company safety procedures.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and assets.
• Support quotation preparation for repair and maintenance works.
• Assist in planning maintenance schedules and manpower deployment.
• Provide technical guidance and support to Service Technicians when necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and company assets.
• Support quotation preparation for repair and maintenance works where required.
• Assist in planning maintenance schedules and manpower deployment.
• Provide technical guidance and support to Service Technicians when necessary.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of ACMV servicing and maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of:

• Strong troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills.
• Able to read technical drawings and equipment manuals.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Possess a Class 3 Driving Licence is preferred.
• Willing to travel to customer sites across Singapore.
• Able to attend after-office hours or emergency breakdowns when required.
