Job summary

SENTRON ENGINEERING (S) PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an experienced ACMV Operations Manager to oversee daily ACMV and facilities maintenance, directing engineers, supervisors and contractors to ensure safety, reliability and efficiency of chillers, AHUs, FCUs and ventilation systems.

You will plan preventive and corrective maintenance, monitor SLAs and KPIs, manage costs and energy use, and report on performance and safety compliance while coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management or related field.
• Relevant experience in ACMV/HVAC or facilities management.
• Good knowledge of ACMV systems and maintenance.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in contractor and client management.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily ACMV and facilities maintenance operations.
• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Supervise engineers, supervisors, technicians and contractors.
• Ensure ACMV systems such as chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps and ventilation systems operate properly.
• Respond to breakdowns and ensure timely rectification.
• Monitor maintenance schedules, service quality and SLA/KPI performance.
• Manage contractors, suppliers and maintenance works.
• Control maintenance costs and manpower.
• Monitor energy consumption and identify opportunities for energy savings.
• Ensure compliance with safety, statutory and company requirements.
• Handle client feedback, complaints and operational meetings.
• Prepare maintenance and monthly operations reports.
• Support ACMV improvement, upgrading and replacement projects.
