Job summary

Lobehold is seeking a guest-focused service leader to drive engaging service operations across its venues. You will build relationships with guests, take orders with menu descriptions, and upsell products using your product knowledge.

You’ll ensure outlets are prepped before service, maintain high guest satisfaction, and help improve procedures. Training and SOP adherence are part of the role, with opportunities to contribute to a standout guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Leading service operations
• Building and maintaining relationships with guests
• Order taking and menu description
• Up-selling products based on your extensive product knowledge
• Assuring outlet setup is complete and walkthrough is done before shift
• Maintaining guest satisfaction levels by being proactive in service/bar operations
• Improving procedures and systems
• Conducting basic training and ensure SOPs are adhered to
