Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations end-to-end.
• Own the floor from service flow and guest experience to team briefings and shift handovers.
• Drive sales performance by coaching upselling opportunities to the team.
• Manage and develop your team: hire, train, schedule, and motivate front-of-house staff.
• Maintain outlet standards to keep the dining environment guest-ready and aligned with the Abundance brand.
