JDA WMS PTE. LTD. is seeking a field service technician to inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade CCTV and access control systems at client sites.

You will respond to service calls, install new equipment, and provide guidance on optimal usage of security systems. The role requires strong technical knowledge of CCTV and access control hardware/software, solid problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly to clients.

Formación

• Experience with CCTV and access control hardware and software for installation and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly address faults.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
• Excellent communication to explain technical information to clients.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites.
