Job summary

JE HUMAN RESOURCES PTE. LTD. is recruiting a Service Technician for a security solutions provider serving commercial buildings, financial institutions, retail, and malls in Singapore.

The role offers a salary range of SGD 2,800 to SGD 3,500 depending on experience, with Monday to Friday 9am–6pm, located at Ubi (Central). Medical and birthday leave are provided. • Experience in CCTV / security industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend to service requests promptly and professionally.
• Ensure faults are rectified quickly to prevent disruption to operations.
• Work with principals, suppliers and engineers to resolve technical issues.
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on CCTV/security systems.
• Support and assist team leader to meet customer satisfaction.
• Attend project meetings and inspect sub-contractor work quality.
• Supervise sub-contractors and coordinate with main contractors to meet design intent and workmanship standards.
• Carry out on-site project installation, testing and commissioning as required.

Our client is a security solution service provider for businesses in the commercial building, financial institution, retails, and shopping mall. Currently, they are looking for a Service Technician to join their team.

Job Details:

• Salary range: $2800-$3500 (depends on experience)




• Working Hour: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)




• Working Location: Ubi (Central)

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend to service request promptly and professionally




• Ensure system faults reported are rectified within the shortest possible time toprevent disruption to operations




• Work with principals, suppliers and engineers to resolve technical issues




• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on all CCTV / security systems




• Support and assist team leader in meeting and ensuring customer satisfaction




• Attend regular project meetings, inspections and check on sub-contractors work quality




• Supervise sub-contractors and coordinate with main contractors and end users to ensure works are completed according to design intent and the workmanship meets the company standards




• Carry out on-site project installation, testing and commissioning as required

Job Requirements:

• Candidate with experience in CCTV / security industry will be an added advantage
