Job summary

RN Care Pte. Ltd. is seeking a technician to execute service and maintenance workflows for security systems at client sites in Singapore.

You will liaise with client representatives, manage day-to-day client interactions, and assist in deploying teams for service deliveries to ensure timely troubleshoot and maintenance completion. Ideal candidates hold a Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least 2 years' experience in security systems such as ISEMS, access control, intrusion, and

Qualifications

• Min Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• Min 2 years of working experience in security systems (ISEMS, access control, intrusion, CCTV).
• Possess Class 2 or 3 driving license.

Responsibilities

• Execute service and maintenance workflows.
• Liaise with client representatives on service issues.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations.
• Assist supervisor in assigning teams for service deliveries.
• Support supervisor to ensure timely delivery and completion of troubleshoot, service and maintenance of security systems at client premises.
• Deliver customer satisfaction aligned to each client's business objectives.
• Ensure works comply with Workplace Safety and Health Act.
• Perform other technical tasks as required.

• In charge of execution of service and maintenance workflow.
• Responsible for liaising closely with client representatives on all service and maintenance related issues.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results.
• Assisting the supervisor in employing teams on service deliveries and distribute responsibilities.
• Responsible in providing support to supervisor in ensuring the timely delivery and completion of troubleshoot, service and maintenance of security systems at clients’ premises.
• Familiarise yourself and deliver customer satisfaction base on each client's business, organization and objectives.
• Ensure that works carried out are in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
• Perform any other technical tasks as and when required.

Job Requirements:

• Min Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• Min 2 year of working experience in security systems such as Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems and CCTV systems is a must
• Possess Class 2 or 3 driving license
