Job summary

RN Care Pte. Ltd is seeking an on-site security technician to perform checks, setup, and testing of CCTV and access control systems. You will provide front and back-end support for security and VMS, and resolve onsite faults promptly within SLAs.

Applicants should have a Min Nitec in IT or related fields, with basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified, and applications via email are encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular checks and diagnostic activities on security systems (such as CCTV and access control) to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Set up security equipment, configure systems, and conduct testing on-site.
• Provide both front and backend support for security, video management systems (e.g., Milestone XProtect), and communication infrastructure.
• Attend to, diagnose, and resolve onsite technical issues/faults within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Prepare daily maintenance reports and maintain accurate records of service activities.
• Comply with company policies and safety regulations, ensuring work does not interrupt production.

Requirements

• Min Nitec in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related technical fields.
• Basic knowledge of IT networking, security systems, and troubleshooting
