Job summary

RN Care Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a capable Service & Maintenance Manager to oversee end-to-end service delivery and maintain client relationships.

You will lead a team of service engineers, coordinate maintenance schedules, and ensure timely delivery of commitments. The role requires a diploma or Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering and at least 3 years' experience with security systems (IDS, CCTV, access control).

Qualifications

• Min Nitec or diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• Min 3 years working experience in security systems such as Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems and CCTV systems.
• Hands-on experience in security system configuration, application programming and integration with third-party systems will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• In Charge of overseeing the whole process of service cum maintenance workflow.
• Responsible for the front line contact with client representatives on all service and maintenance related issues.
• In charge of leading a team of service team members.
• Responsible for preparing service scope and develop service plans, define resource loading, skill requirements, tracking milestones and metrics.
• Taking charge of determine new, creative ways to employ teams on service deliveries and distribute responsibilities.
• In Charge of managing day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results.
• Continually seek and capitalize upon opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
• Possess a knowledge base of each client's business, organization and objectives.
• Be responsible for operationally managing multiple aspects of the team.
• Ensure smooth progress and timely delivery and completion of maintenance commitments to clients.
• Perform a wide variety of technical and non-technical tasks.
