Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Technical Service & Maintenance professional in Singapore to service CRAC/WDS systems on-site in East Singapore.

Normal working hours with excellent welfare and career progression. Basic salary ranges from $3,700 to $5,000 monthly plus allowances and variable bonus. Responsibilities include maintenance, fault diagnosis, on-site training for clients, and compiling detailed service reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Technical Service & Maintenance: perform servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CRAC/WDS systems; diagnose faults; power-up/down procedures.
• Client Support & Training: provide technical support and onsite training on Operation & Maintenance Manuals; maintain client relationships.
• Documentation & Reporting: complete service reports; submit weekly/monthly progress reports; maintain filing of service records.
• Site & Contractor Management: monitor contractor activities; review events and actions; plan daily work schedules.
• Safety & Compliance: follow data center safety rules and ensure safety guidelines compliance.

Job Responsibilities

• Technical Service & Maintenance:
  • Perform periodic servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CRAC/WDS systems.
  • Diagnose hardware/software faults, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
  • Conduct equipment power-up/down procedures and respond promptly to e-calls (emergency calls).
• Client Support & Training:
  • Provide technical support and onsite training on Operation & Maintenance Manuals (OMM).
  • Maintain strong client relationships, particularly with site engineers.
  • Liaise with customer engineering departments to ensure compliance with company procedures and quality guidelines.
• Documentation & Reporting:
  • Complete detailed service reports after each servicing/e-call.
  • Submit weekly/monthly reports on work activities, progress, and remedial actions.
  • Maintain accurate filing, documentation, and tracking of all service records.
• Site & Contractor Management:
  • Monitor and manage contractor activities to ensure adherence to safety/operational procedures.
  • Review site "Events and Actions," implementing corrective measures as needed.
  • Plan, execute, and update daily work schedules.
• Safety & Compliance:
  • Strictly follow data center safety rules, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Ensure all work activities comply with occupational safety guidelines.
  • Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
