Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Singapore's West region to plan and coordinate maintenance activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure timely servicing of BMS/PLC/SCADA systems.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 1–3 years of experience; knowledge of BMS/PLC/HVAC is a plus. Mon-Fri, 8:30am–5:30pm, on-site work with excellent welfare and career progression.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in maintenance or related field.
• Knowledge on BMS/PLC/HVAC will be a plus point.

Responsibilities

• Planning / Assign sub-contractors and manpower for maintenance work and from project handover.
• Supervising & managing sub-contractors to carry maintenance & servicing works.
• Plan and schedule Preventive Maintenance.
• Perform routine checks, system backups & restoration, troubleshooting and upgrading of BMS/PLC/SCADA systems.
• Record servicing & maintenance data and generate service reports.
• Provide technical/operational guidance and engineering solutions to the Maintenance Site Facility Management.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 1-3 years of experience
• Knowledge on BMS / PLC / HVAC will be a plus point
