Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics).
• 2–5 years of field application or technical support experience.
• Experience in semiconductor equipment/manufacturing preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; customer-oriented.
• Willingness to travel for on-site support.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics).
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Field Application, Technical Support, or similar role.
• Experience in semiconductor equipment / manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with good service attitude.
• Willingness to travel for customer support and on-site assignments.
