PRIMESTAFF MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE LTD seeks an IT Support Technician to join our healthcare operations in Singapore. You will provide remote/off-site and on-site support within a hospital-like environment, handling end-user issues and maintaining SLA adherence.
The role requires a relevant IT qualification and at least 1 year of experience; familiarity with Windows environments is a plus, and immediate availability is preferred.

Working Days & Hours: 5 days per week (rostered on any day of the week), 8–9 hours per day between 7:30 AM and 9:00 PM
Provide remote/off-site IT support to end users within a healthcare environment.
Attend to incoming calls and IT service requests promptly and professionally.
Provide first-level troubleshooting and resolution for technical issues.
Respond promptly to user queries received via phone, voicemail, email, and other support channels.
Accurately assess, diagnose, and resolve reported IT issues.
Log, track, and manage incidents and service requests through to resolution.
Provide first and second-level support for issues related to desktops, LAN, WAN, centralized infrastructure, and voice services.
Support user account administration, including account activation, modification, and termination.
Escalate unresolved or complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams.
Provide timely updates to users on the status and resolution of reported issues.
Ensure service requests and incidents are handled in accordance with established service standards and SLAs.
Maintain a high level of customer service and user satisfaction.
NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in IT, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Candidates with N-Level qualifications and at least 1 year of relevant IT support experience may also be considered.
Basic knowledge of desktop/laptop troubleshooting and Windows environments would be advantageous.
Strong interest in IT support with a willingness to learn.
Comfortable working in a healthcare environment.
Able to work on a 5-day roster, including weekends and Public Holidays.
Immediate availability is preferred.
