Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee eligibility assessments for national schemes based on established policies, frameworks and governance.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the implementation and administration of grant schemes.
• Drive continuous improvement by reviewing processes, identifying gaps, and developing practical solutions to enhance service delivery and governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement system enhancements, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and optimise business processes.
• Contribute to design and implementation of workarounds and process controls to cater to emerging business needs.
• Support strategic and operational projects, as well as other administrative responsibilities, as assigned.
