Job summary

Xcellink Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Technical Service Delivery Engineer who blends strong technical expertise with service delivery management to support customers across infrastructure, cloud, platforms, and operations.

You will act as the liaison between customers and technical teams, ensuring service excellence, stability, and continuous improvement of managed IT environments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in service delivery or infra ops
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Familiar with ITIL practices
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Customer-facing or managed services experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end service delivery for assigned customers and platforms
• Ensure SLA, KPI, and service quality targets are met
• Act as primary escalation point for incidents and service issues
• Conduct service reviews and provide improvement recommendations
• Coordinate with technical and operational teams for smooth delivery
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting across infrastructure, cloud, and applications
• Support system implementations, upgrades, patching and configuration
• Design and implement technical improvements and optimization initiatives
• Participate in incident investigations, RCAs, and resolution planning
• Drive automation and operational efficiency initiatives
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and business stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions
• Provide technical advisory and guidance to customers
• Communicate technical issues and solutions to technical and non-technical audiences
