Job summary

Xcellink Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a System Engineer to support IT infrastructure across Windows Server, Linux, and Unix systems. You will manage AD, DNS, DHCP, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), SAN/NAS, and security, ensuring reliability and compliance with ITIL v4.

You will drive automation, documentation, and incident response, coordinate with vendors, and participate in DR planning, audits, and capacity planning in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 3 years in a similar System Engineer role.
• ITIL v4 knowledge and relevant certifications welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Handle system administration across Windows, Linux, and Unix.
• Manage AD, DNS, DHCP, virtualization, and storage.
• Monitor environments and proactively resolve faults.
• Support transition of responsibilities from vendors/internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Create and maintain SOPs, configurations, and reports.
• Implement automation for provisioning, monitoring, and issues.
• Provide user support and manage privileged access.
• Coordinate backups, DR planning, and testing.
• Maintain configuration management and conduct capacity planning.
• Assist audits with data and findings.
