Xcellink Pte Ltd is hiring a Solutions Engineer to help design, develop and implement service offerings across IT domains. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to co-create market-relevant solutions, including pre-sales support and project coordination.

Qualifications

• Min 3-5 years of relevant IT/engineering experience.
• Higher Nitec/Diploma/Degree in IT-related field required.
• ITIL/Data Centre/Cybersecurity certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement build models of service solutions under guidance from senior team members.
• Contribute to development of solution components (conceptualization, implementation, testing and documentation).
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements with supervision.
• Coordinate with partners/vendors; assist in workshops and meetings.
• Assist pre-sales with gathering technical requirements and preparing proposals and materials.
• Track project milestones and deliverables; assist in coordinating tasks across teams.
• Stay updated on new technologies and industry trends; contribute to innovation and best practices.
• Develop and maintain SOPs; support quality assurance and continuous improvement efforts.
