Job summary

Xcellink Pte Ltd is seeking a Solutions Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of service solutions that integrate with enterprise requirements. You will mentor junior staff, drive innovative architecture practices, and collaborate with partners to co-create client-ready solutions for tender opportunities.

You will oversee end-to-end delivery from design to deployment, ensuring technical excellence, budget adherence, and timely delivery across multiple IT domains including

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, CS or related field.
• Advanced certifications are highly desirable.
• 4–6 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, infrastructure design, or similar roles.
• Experience working with partners, vendors or external ecosystems to co-create solutions.
• Experience supporting large-scale projects, including bids or proposals.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership & Solution Design: Lead end-to-end service solutions, including infrastructure and app components.
• Create and deliver high-quality solutions tailored to client needs.
• Ensure alignment between business goals and technology solutions by translating requirements into technical specs.
