Wine Trade Asia Pte. Ltd. is seeking friendly service staff to join our wine-themed restaurant chain in Singapore. You will provide warm, professional service, recommend menu items and upsell food and drinks to enhance the dining experience.

No prior wine or F&B background is required as full training will be provided; prior hospitality experience is a plus. A supportive team environment and opportunities for career growth await.

Responsabilidades

• Provide warm, friendly and professional service to all customers.
• Interact with guests, provide menu recommendations and upsell food and drinks
• Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and marketing activities.
• Maintain overall cleanliness of the dining area and outlet
• Support the service team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager
