Job summary

ACID BAR PTE. LTD. is seeking an attentive server to welcome guests, take orders, and ensure a positive dining experience at Emerald Hill, Orchard Road. You will handle beverage service, upsell promotions, and ensure accurate payments in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have prior server experience, be able to work a 5-day shift pattern, and possess a Food Safety & Hygiene certificate if applicable. Join our team for a lively dining atmosphere with live music ambiance.

Qualifications

• Past server experience to perform customer service tasks.
• Ability to work on a shift basis, 5 days per week.
• Food Safety & Hygiene certificate (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Taking beverage orders and serving them to guests on a timely manner.
• Establish rapport with guests to build loyal and satisfied customers.
• Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and any special offers.
• Pick-up food orders from kitchen and communicate to the chef regarding any special preferences or allergy.
• Accurately process and collect payments from guests.
• Clear tables and prepare for service for the next guests.
• Complete closing duties, including storing all reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning all equipment and areas.
• Always take responsibility for ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Comfortable working in a non-Halal environment.
• Perform any other assigned reasonable duties and responsibilities as requested by Supervisors or Managers
