Job summary

Moss Cross Tokyo Pte Ltd is expanding and seeking passionate individuals to join our F&B team across multiple Singapore locations, including hotel dining, fine dining restaurants, cafés and F&B retail outlets. You will provide professional guest service, take orders, serve food and beverages, and work closely with kitchen and management to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and good teamwork.
• Responsible, punctual and reliable.
• Flexible with working hours and locations.
• Able to adapt to different F&B concepts and working environments.
• Good communication skills.
• Relevant F&B experience is preferred.
• Hotel, restaurant, café or retail F&B experience will be an advantage.
• Junior positions available for candidates with the right attitude.
• Willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and friendly guest service.
• Handle restaurant opening and closing duties.
• Take orders and serve food and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
• Assist with breakfast, lunch, dinner and event operations when required.
• Handle cashiering and basic POS operations.
• Support different outlets or locations according to operational requirements.
• Work closely with kitchen and management teams.
• Maintain service standards suitable for hotel and fine-dining environments.
• Daily food preparation and cooking.
