Job summary

ACID BAR PTE. LTD. is hiring for a customer service-oriented server to welcome guests, take orders, and ensure a memorable dining experience. You will learn the menu, promote specials, and handle payments efficiently in a fast-paced bar setting.

The role requires past server experience, willingness to work 5 days a week on shifts, and a Food Safety & Hygiene certificate if applicable. This position operates in a non-Halal environment with additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

• Past server experience to perform customer service tasks.
• Ability to work on a shift basis, 5 days per week, to meet operational needs.
• Foods Safety & Hygiene certificate (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Taking beverage orders and serving them to guests on a timely manner
• Establish rapport with guests to build loyal and satisfied customers
• Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and any special offers
• Pick-up food orders from kitchen and communicate to the chef regarding any special preferences or allergy
• Accurately process and collect payments from guests
• Clear tables and prepare for service for the next guests
• Complete closing duties, including storing all reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning all equipment and areas
• Always take responsibility for ensuring a positive guest experience

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Taking beverage orders and serving them to guests on a timely manner
• Establish rapport with guests to build loyal and satisfied customers

• Perform any other assigned reasonable duties and responsibilities as requested by Supervisors or Managers
