Job summary

TOSS-EX PR PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Front-of-House / Service Crew member for a full-time role at Funan mall, City Hall. You will be at the heart of our dining operation, greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest leaves with a great experience.

You will follow SOPs for food prep, maintain hygiene and safety standards, handle payments, and support the team during peak periods and events, delivering friendly, efficient service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner upon arrival
• Seat guests and present menus promptly and courteously
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using point-of-sale systems
• Responsible for consistent food production as per recipes, portion standards and SOPs
• Manages preparation levels, RM quality, wastage, cooking/ holding temperatures, hygiene, sanitation, equipment and production/closing checks
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and allergen information to assist guests with recommendations
• Clear tables efficiently and reset for the next service
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and food-safety protocols
• Assist with general cleaning and maintenance of the front-of-house area
• Support the team during peak service periods and special events
• Process payments accurately and handle cash or card transactions securely

We are seekinga FOH / Service Crew member to join the Original Burger Co team on a full-timebasis. This is a customer-facing position based in Funan mall, City Hall, whereyou will be at the heart of our front-of-house operations. As a Service Crewmember, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customerexperiences and maintaining the smooth operation of our dining establishment.Your responsibilities will span across greeting guests, taking orders,preparing food based on SOPs, serving food and beverages, and ensuring ourguests leave with a good experience.
