Job summary

DIVINO FOODS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a FOH / Service Crew member to join the Original Burger Co team on a full-time basis at Funan mall, City Hall.

This customer-facing role places you at the heart of our front-of-house operations, delivering friendly service and ensuring smooth dining experiences. You will greet guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, handle payments, and uphold SOPs for food safety and hygiene.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Ability to greet guests and take orders.
• Knowledge of SOPs for food preparation.
• Cash handling and payments security.
• Maintain personal hygiene and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner upon arrival.
• Seat guests and present menus promptly and courteously.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using point-of-sale systems.
• Responsible for consistent food production as per recipes, portion standards and SOPs.
• Manages preparation levels, RM quality, wastage, cooking/ holding temperatures, hygiene, sanitation, equipment and production/closing checks.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and allergen information to assist guests with recommendations.
• Clear tables efficiently and reset for the next service.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and food safety protocols.
• Assist with general cleaning and maintenance of the front-of-house area.
• Support the team during peak service periods and special events.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash or card transactions securely.
