Job summary

WEN JIAO BAO MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Service Crew to deliver excellent customer service, maintain cleanliness, and support daily outlet operations to ensure a pleasant dining experience.

You will greet customers, take orders, handle payments, and work across front-of-house and back-of-house tasks. Training provided, with shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B or customer service preferred; training provided.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Physically fit to stand for long hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with orders.
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately.
• Prepare and serve food and drinks to standard.
• Handle cash and operate POS when required.
• Maintain dining area, counter, and kitchen cleanliness.
• Ensure equipment and utensils are clean and functioning.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards (SFA/NEA).
• Replenish stock and supplies as needed.
• Assist opening and closing duties.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle feedback.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle cash and operate POS systems when required.
